Return Policy  

Each product we make is of uncompromising quality. We will repair or replace any Items with defects in material and craftsmanship for a full Year from purchase with normal usage.

Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs:

Include the packing slip or original receipt that you received With your shipment. Indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address below. Items returned will be promptly refunded or exchanged. Please do not send any packages C.O.D, as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Send items to:

Tucalota Creek Ranch does not accept responsibility for damage or loss incurred in transit. Contact the shipper immediately to file a freight claim. TCR is not responsible for filing any claims on freight-damaged merchandise. Claims must be filed directly by the receiver. The shipper will have the damaged item inspected by an agent of their choosing. They may opt to have the damage repaired on site or to return the item to the factory for repair or replacement. Any repairs to be done on site are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Any piece that requires repairs by the factory may not be returned without prior approval. The Customer Service Person managing your account will issue a return authorization number or U.P.S. call tag. It is the customers' responsibility to carton merchandise for return and have it ready for pickup at the location of the original delivery. Tucalota Creek Ranch is not responsible for freight costs that may be incurred when returning a piece that sustained damage in transit. The purchaser must collect payment from the carrier.
