How do I calculate my shipping charges?

Please refer to the UPS rate quote service available on the website.

NOTE: UPS rates apply to each individual address you request. For furniture shipping charge please follow the instructions to receive an accurate freight quote. For deliveries outside the U.S. call 1.714.914.WEST for special quotes. See Shipping Information for furniture delivery information.

Can items be shipped internationally?

Orders delivered outside the U.S. must be paid by credit card. International customers please call 1.714.914.WEST to speak to a Customer Service Representative. There will be additional shipping and handling charges and the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.

What is the standard form of shipping?

Tucalota Creek Ranch utilizes UPS Shipping Services and USPS within the continental USA, which normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. Rest assured that once you place your order with us we will make sure that all in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. For Overnight or two-day shipping charges, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1.714.914.WEST.

What are White Glove and Curbside Deliveries?

These services are for our furniture and large oversized items. Please see Shipping Information for more detailed information or call our Customer Service for details 1.714.914.WEST.

Overnight and Second Day Shipping availability?

Orders requesting Overnight or Second Day Delivery must be submitted and received before 1:00 p.m. PST. These delivery options do not include weekends or holidays. All ordered received after 1:01 p.m will ship the next business day.

Which products are available online, compared to the items offered in the Tucalota Creek Ranch Gallery?

To make your online shipping as convenient as possible all items in our Gallery are available online. There are items that are exclusively on the Tucalota Creek Ranch web site that you will not find in our catalog.

How do I order online?

Tucalota Creek Ranch will make ordering as easy as possible. When shopping online, simply click on the item you want, select a color, size, and quantity, then click the "add to basket" button. You can always call us toll-free at 1.714.914.WEST and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help. Plus, you can fax your order to us at 1.714.738.8298 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do you make shopping via the Web secure?

We use a secure server with Verisign certification (the industry leader) to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. This means that all information such as name, address and your credit card number enter in the checkout section of our online store is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive email updates from Customer Service.

How do I know if my online order is secure?

What happens to my name and order information? The first layer of security, "Safe Technology", is the most visible to you. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Using RSA key technology, our web server is stable and secure, so you can shop via the web without worry and without risk. We encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Only our own staff has access to this information, and then only enough to service your order. When is my credit card charged?

Items are charged to you when they ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until it ships. If two shipments are made, the total freight charge will be included on the first charge.

Can I return something I purchased online?

It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Simply follow the directions in our Return Policy.

Can the furniture be customized?

Tucalota Creek Ranch has several manufacturing partners. We provide the unique ability to customize select pieces of furniture as well as act as an interior design consultant. Please call us at 1.714.914.WEST to find out more about custom furnishings.

How do I care for furniture?

The materials used are of the highest quality, but due to the nature of pine furniture and the variety of colors used, you may experience "yellowing" on knots and certain grain areas. This is common and natural for Pine furniture. Do not expose the furniture to strong sunlight or extreme cold, heat, humidity, or lack of moisture for extended periods of time. These elements may affect the color of the furniture and may deteriorate the finish. Our finishes only require that you wipe them with a damp cloth occasionally and dust with a soft cloth often.Do not place rubber or vinyl products directly on the furniture as they may cause marks. Whenever moving a piece of furniture, use proper lifting techniques and do not drag or push the furniture. It may result in damage.Use only a quality spray wax, without silicone, and spray onto the cloth and not directly onto the furniture. The finish is protected and the natural beauty is maintained the more often this is done.Clean using only cleaners sold expressly for wood furniture. Do not use household cleaners on the finish as this removes the finish; be particularly careful of alcohol, acetone and polish removers.

How often is the site updated?

We update our site on a regular basis, at least every week. Be sure to check back often, as we are continually adding more exclusive products to our line.
